Alice Héron

Alice Héron is a chef and interdisciplinary artist who graduated from the Rietveld Academie Design Lab in 2017. French, she currently lives in Marseille after living and working in Singapore, Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin. Her work explores sensory experiences around food, immersive environments and visceral sculptures. Through her conceptual dinners and buffets, she fuses cuisine, sculpture and design to offer a total experience. Her creations question the relationship between food, body, mind and history, exploring how these elements intersect and nourish each other.
